We have been producing packaging since 2000. Our factory is located in Longgang, Wenzhou, covering 5,000 square meters with 60 skilled workers. We operate 6 Heidelberg printing presses and 12 finishing machines. We provide both OEM and ODM services.

Each Neck Style Rigid Box undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment. Our team carefully checks the box body, lid fit, edge finishing, and printing quality to ensure every detail meets premium standards.

This box features a classic two-piece design. The lid fits over the base like a collar around the neck, which is why it is called a neck style structure.

Optional finishing techniques such as hot stamping, embossing, and UV coating are available to further elevate the visual impact and brand image.

Reliable Sampling and Production Support

We provide free existing samples (shipping cost covered by customer). Custom samples can be completed within about one week, and the sample fee is refundable upon bulk order confirmation.

During production, we provide photo and video updates for full transparency. Each box is carefully inspected, with lids and bases packed separately into strong corrugated cartons for safe delivery. After order confirmation, we maintain close communication and offer dedicated pre-sales and after-sales support.

Debossing

Presses your logo, text, or design into the material, creating a recessed effect for a refined, tactile finish.

Embossing

Creates a raised, three-dimensional relief image on the packaging surface. Adds tactile, sophisticated texture to your design.

Hot Foil Stamping

Use heat and pressure to transfer metallic or pigmented foil onto paper. Adds a luxury feel to packaging and makes your logos or design more noticeable.

Holographic foiling

Uses heat and pressure to transfer holographic foil onto the packaging surface. Create a light-shifting rainbow effect that enhances shelf appeal.

Glossy

With a shiny, reflective plastic film applied to printed materials, it makes your design more brighter and vivid.

Matte

Creates a clean, non-reflective matte surface that helps reduce fingerprints and smudges.

Soft Touch Lamination

Give printed areas a smooth & velvety feel, add protection against scratches, scuffs, & fingerprints.

UV coating

Apply a liquid coating to the material surface and cure it instantly with ultraviolet light. Makes printed colors more vibrant and provides better protection to your design.
