Our factory is located in Longgang, Wenzhou, with a production area of 5,000 square meters and over 60 skilled workers. We operate 6 Heidelberg printing presses, along with laminating, foil stamping, and die-cutting machines. Since 2000, we have been producing packaging with more than 20 years of experience. We support both OEM and ODM services. Every Tray & Lid Box undergoes strict quality inspection, including print quality, structural strength, and lid-to-tray fit accuracy.

2. A Two-Piece Box That Opens Like a Treasure

Made from single-layer cardboard, this box consists of two separate parts: a double-layer tray and a double-layer lid. The lid fits perfectly over the tray, creating a clean and premium presentation. No glue is required, and the box ships flat for efficient storage and transportation. Assembly is simple and quick.

This structure is especially suitable for heavier or premium products such as tea sets, wine bottles, or luxury gift items. The unboxing experience feels refined and intentional, helping enhance your brand image and product value.

We offer free existing samples, with custom samples available in about one week. The sample fee is refundable upon bulk order confirmation. During production, we provide photo and video updates so you can monitor progress. Each product is carefully inspected before packing. The tray and lid are packed separately and shipped in strong corrugated cartons for safe delivery. If any issues arise after receipt, our dedicated support team will assist you promptly. Holographic foiling

Uses heat and pressure to transfer holographic foil onto the packaging surface. Create a light-shifting rainbow effect that enhances shelf appeal.

Glossy

With a shiny, reflective plastic film applied to printed materials, it makes your design more brighter and vivid.

Matte

Creates a clean, non-reflective matte surface that helps reduce fingerprints and smudges.

Soft Touch Lamination

UV coating
